I help teams turn fragile, manual processes into robust, automated systems.
Concretely, that looks like:
- Workflow & systems design – Mapping real-world operations into clear states, roles and transitions.
- AI-assisted agents – Using LLMs for classification, routing and decision support inside workflows.
- Automation & orchestration – Wiring tools (bots, CRMs, payment, comms) so data and actions flow reliably end-to-end.
- Architecture & reliability – State machines, boundaries and failure handling so things keep working after the demo.
What I do
I build validated computational models for fluid dynamics and heat transfer problems.
Concretely, that looks like:
- Turbulence modeling – RANS, URANS, k-omega SST validation against experimental data.
- Mesh independence studies – Systematic refinement, y+ control, and quantitative convergence analysis.
- GPU-accelerated solvers – PETSc CG+GAMG on CUDA for pressure systems, integrated into OpenFOAM.
- Validation against experiments – Quantitative comparison with measured data, not just visualization.

Q-Access
Multi-role campus access system
Built a multi-role access system that hit all usability targets. Failed at pricing because we never validated the buyer. Changed how I approach products permanently.
Engine
Automating community intake so the founder could get out of DMs
Founder removed from day-to-day intake. AI handled qualification; edge cases escalated to humans. Invites, payments, and onboarding ran on rails.
AI FrontDesk
From one-off bots to a platform for digital front-desk employees
Architecture and core backend in place. Hotel workflows near production-ready. Validated demand through demos and early clients.
CFD Projects
Validated simulations with quantitative comparison to experimental data:
Backward-Facing Step (pitzDaily)
URANS validation of turbulent separated flow
Predicted reattachment at x/h=7.3 (experimental range: 6–8h). Time-averaged over 19.8 flow-throughs using PETSc CG+GAMG on GPU.
Taylor-Green Vortex DNS
Direct numerical simulation of vortex breakdown at Re=1600
Captured all three flow phases (laminar decay, vortex stretching, turbulent decay). Enstrophy peak timing and 74% energy dissipation match reference DNS.
Laptop Fin Array CHT
Conjugate heat transfer validated against real sensor data
Predicted tau=589s vs measured 582s (+1.2%). Identified vapor chamber thermal mass as the dominant factor in the laptop's slow thermal response.
How I think
My background is in Engineering Physics, so I naturally think in systems: state, feedback, constraints and robustness.
Over the last few years I've:
- Built multi-role products, automations and AI agents that had to survive real usage, not just demos.
- Hit the limits of hourly pricing, third-party infra and unreliable voice tech – and adjusted my architecture because of it.
- Moved from "build a feature" to "design a system" thinking: jobs to be done → constraints → architecture → implementation.

From physics to AI systems
I studied Engineering Physics, where I modeled real-world systems under uncertainty. That mindset carried into:

- Automation consulting – Turning manual ops into revenue-producing workflows.
